I have just watched this video. The takeaway question I have here is "What does success look like for students in my classroom?"
Here is what I am going to try for reading...
- Make a video of reading strategies and what success looks like. Then I will put these on my class site to show each group.
- For some other reading strategies I will use exemplars.
- I am going to start asking students to watch each other during reading and comment to each other if they were successfully using these strategies.

ReplyDeleteIt's been lovely working with you in our wee bubble group. I love what you're planning on trying with your students. It gives them agency and also a chance to reflect on each other without you giving what the teacher thinks. Having the strategies clear for each group also sets them up really well for success and I can see how this could also work with my students. I'd love to know how it's working in your classroom.
